What makes Greenberg's different from other jewelry stores?
Greenberg's Jewelers has been a family-owned business since 1900. For 120 years, we have the best team members at our locations and provide competitive pricing. Every diamond and piece of jewelry is hand-selected by Amy Greenberg herself.
What is the timeframe for sizing a ring?
It takes up to 10 business days for resizing.
Do you solder rings and what is the cost?
Yes, we do solder rings and it will take up to 10 business days. Pricing depends on the type of gold and width of your wedding ring and wedding band. We recommend you visit your favorite Greenberg's location to have a team member assist with this process.
What is your return policy?
You must return your item within 30 days. Custom and special ordered items cannot be returned.
Where can I redeem my gift cards?
All physical gift cards must be redeemed at one of our locations. They cannot be redeemed online.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer 12-month interest-free financing on all approved credit through Greenberg's. To apply for financing, contact one of our locations. You can also get started by downloading the following link: Greenberg's Financing Application. We also offer financing through Synchrony.
Can you create custom jewelry?
Yes, we can create almost anything you want. Stop into your favorite Greenberg's locations and a team member will help you design the perfect piece.
Do you offer lab-created diamonds?
Yes, we are able to order any lab-created option you are looking for. We are happy to let our customers explore any diamond option for which they desire.
Do you accept trade-ins?
Greenberg's accepts trade-ins, which are considered gold buys. We accept 10 karat, 14 karat, and 18 karat jewelry, as well as diamond jewelry set in 10 karat, 14 karat or 18 karat.
Do you sell loose diamonds through your website?
We currently do not sell loose diamonds through our website. However, you can purchase the mounting (ring) through our website which includes a cubic zirconia (CZ) center. You then can make an appointment with a team member at one of our locations to look at diamond options. We do offer complete ring options on our website, which include a center diamond.
When will I receive tracking information for an online order?
Once your item(s) are ready to be shipped you'll receive a tracking number through UPS. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. All packages shipped to customers are Signature Required to ensure that our customers receive their jewelry item(s).
