The Peace of Mind Service and Repair Plan covers repairs needed on protected jewelry worn under normal conditions. The plan needs to be purchased to cover the full amount that the item is valued to remain valid. Includes 15 valuable benefits:

This plan is not valid on jewelry purchases over $20,000. The warranty is non-transferable.


Two Hearts® Collection Lifetime Diamond Jewelry Warranty

WE GUARANTEE complete satisfaction with your Greenberg’s Jewelers Diamond/Two Hearts® Collection purchase. Your Greenberg’s Jewelers Two Hearts® Collection Diamond Warranty covers the replacement of any diamond (with one of equal value) that is lost or damaged while it is in its original mounting, provided a Greenberg’s Jewelers/Two Hearts® Collection jeweler cleans and inspects (at no charge) your diamond(s) and mounting at least every six months and records the inspection on your warranty certificate. There are no warranties written or oral, other than as set forth on the actual warranty form. Greenberg’s Jewelers shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. 

GREENBERG’S JEWELERS guarantees the diamonds are all-natural and have never been drilled or fracture-filled, or otherwise enhanced for color or clarity. In addition, Greenberg’s Jewelers and any Two Hearts® Collection Jeweler in America will give you full credit for the original purchase price of your diamond (regardless of the age or condition of the original mounting), towards the purchase of another diamond, provided the price of the new diamond is at least twice the original price. Please retain and show your original sales slip at the time of trade-in.

We urge you to ensure your diamond as soon as possible, as you would any other major purchase. Please contact your insurance agent for full details. We will be pleased to provide you with an appraisal at no charge for insurance purposes or answer any questions your agent might have. Be sure to keep your certificate and your original sales slip with your important papers.

NOTE: This warranty does not cover fracture-filled or clarity-enhanced diamonds.


HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR DIAMOND

Take advantage of the free inspection and cleaning by Greenberg’s Jewelers and any Two Hearts® Collection Jeweler. Between professional cleanings, your diamond’s maximum brilliance can be maintained with our specially formulated Love Story® Jewelry Cleaner. Dip your ring in the cleaner solution, and then brush the diamond with a soft, clean brush. Wipe with a soft towel. Follow these few easy tips and your diamond will remain as beautiful as the day you bought it, for years to come.

INSPECTION AND CLEANING:

To keep your diamond looking new and to keep your Greenberg’s Jewelers/Two Hearts® Collection Lifetime Warranty in effect, your diamond ring must be inspected and professionally cleaned every six months and the inspection verified in writing on the back of the warranty form. Your Greenberg’s Jewelers and any Two Hearts® Collection Jeweler will do this at no charge. In addition to the required inspections, please feel free to bring your ring in at any time for professional cleaning and inspection. Be sure to bring your certificate with you when you have your diamond cleaned and inspected.

Should the Greenberg’s Jewelers/Two Hearts® Collection diamond jewelry purchase be repaired or modified by a person or entity who is not an authorized Two Hearts® Collection Jeweler, all warranties and guarantees herein shall be void and of no further force or effect whatsoever.

GEMSTONE DISCLOSURES:

Many natural/genuine gemstones are processed and/or enhanced from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted jewelry industry practices.

All-natural/genuine gemstones sold in our stores have probably been subjected to a stable and possibly undetectable enhancement process. All relevant information will be readily provided to the best of our knowledge.

Prevailing market values are based on these accepted processes by the gem and jewelry trade. Created gemstones have the same chemical and mineral characteristics as their natural counterparts, the difference is that they have been created in the laboratory.

Cultured pearls may have been bleached and/or dyed to achieve their color. All relevant information will be readily provided to the best of our knowledge.

The New Love Story® Lifetime Limited Warranty

We guarantee complete satisfaction on your Love Story® Diamond Purchase. Greenberg’s Jewelers and any Love Story® Jeweler guarantees the quality of the diamonds to be as represented on the accompanying Certificate of Authenticity, and further that the diamonds are all-natural, and have never been drilled, or fracture-filled, or otherwise enhanced for color or clarity. Should concerns over the exact grade of Love Story® diamond arise, Greenberg’s Jewelers and any Love Story® Jeweler will defer to an accredited laboratory such as the GIA or AGS for an unbiased third-party opinion. Your Love Story® diamond should grade as well or better than listed above. In the unlikely event that an accredited lab should grade a diamond lower than indicated in the certificate, Greenberg’s Jewelers and any Love Story® Jeweler will cheerfully pay the cost of the laboratory report and accept the return of the merchandise in question for a full refund, or provide a new diamond already graded to meet the specifications described in the certificate.

Love Story’s Peace of Mind. The Love Story® trademark inside your diamond ring means that we stand behind your purchase with a lifetime of protection and service. Any Love Story® dealer in the United States will honor this warranty and give your ring a professional cleaning and inspection at no charge. We also recommend the Love Story® Peace Of Mind Extended Service and Repair Plan. For a small fee, your diamond jewelry will be covered for most wear-and-tear and periodic repairs that are not covered under this warranty. Care for your jewelry according to the instructions in your Love Story® Diamonds or Two Hearts® Collection Lifetime Limited Warranty. This includes periodic inspections to check for loose prongs and other potential problems. Your Love Story warranty offers valuable benefits including a trade-in value guarantee and lost diamond replacement (see warranty for details).


HOW TO USE YOUR PLAN

Simply take the protected item, along with your plan certificate and your original sales receipt to Greenberg’s Jewelers or any Love Story® Jeweler. If this is inconvenient, please contact Greenberg’s Jewelers by e-mail at service@greenbergsjewelers.com for instructions on where and how to send jewelry. It is the customer’s responsibility to prepay postage/freight charges and insure the jewelry for its full value.

1. WHAT IS COVERED. In consideration of payment of the Plan fee, Jeweler will furnish labor and materials necessary to maintain the merchandise referenced by the sales invoice, in a usable and wearable condition, provided such service is normal merchandise wear and to the extent that all provisions of underlying warranties and guarantees have been properly met. The terms of this Plan shall commence on the date of the sales invoice and continue for the term indicated on the plan. This plan covers additional conditions expressly not provided for under the Love Story® Diamonds or Two Hearts® Collection Lifetime Limited Warranty.

All maintenance/repairs shall be completed by issuing Jeweler, or by a repair center of issuing Jeweler’s choice. Nothing herein shall obligate issuing Jeweler to repair or replace materials resulting from excessive or abusive treatment of the Merchandise other than normal wear and tear. This plan applies only to the use of this merchandise under conditions for which it was designed and does not cover loss or damage resulting from fire, flooding, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail lightning, earthquake, theft, misuse, abuse, or Acts of God.

The customer must and shall perform all maintenance required by certain underlying warranties to maintain the merchandise in such usable and wearable conditions as provided in said warranties. Loss or damage resulting from failure to comply with recommended services and/or maintenance under such warranties and/or guarantees is not covered by this Plan. In no event shall jeweler be liable for consequential damages or delays in rendering service under this Plan, or loss of use during the period that the merchandise is being repaired or otherwise awaiting parts. Parts may be replaced with others of like kind and quality. This Plan does not include the replacement of the ring shank due to loss of gold.

2. This Plan is guaranteed renewable.

3. This Plan is for the benefit of the original customer or receiver of merchandise, in case of a gift.

4. The planning fee is non-refundable.

5. This instrument sets forth the entire agreement between parties and no representations, promises or conditions not contained herein shall modify these terms.
